Received my Nuvi 350 last week. Quite impressed so far. Would like more of the old "Que" features though, such as multiple via points and saving of routes, plus integration of routes from Mapsource.
Anyway, MaFt, quickest way I've found to go to somewhere on the map is:
From "main" where to/view map screen, click "where to", click down arrow twice, then click browse map. Zoom in/out, scroll around as necessary. Touch the map and arrow cursor shows where you have touched. Click Go! Nuvi will then calculate route and drive you from the current location.
If you would like to start a route, from a point other than where Nuvi think you are, then click "Set Loc" instead of Go. This sets your starting location. Return to main screen and then click "where to" again. Now choose where to go using search options or browse map again.
Have also discovered that if the antenna is closed (gps is off) then when you have entered a route, Nuvi will ask if you would like it simulated. Thought that feature had also been lost, but it is definately there!

don't recall seeing a 'go' option on the map screen... then again, it took me a while to spot the 'save' option for savig a point as a favourite!!
