Is it possible to switch off bluetooth to save power from within Tomtom when planning a route before a journey ? |

Hmmm.
I don't get asked to turn on bluetooth when I start Tomtom it just turns it on automatically.
Is there any way of setting an application button to toggle bluetooth on and off ? |

Knowing which PDA you're using would make it a lot easier for anybody here to answer your question |

I have no familiarity with this model, or PPC in general, so hopefully somebody else will chime in and give you some advice.
Good luck!

Came up with this work-around last night.
By going into the GPS settings screen in Tomtom and changing to a no-bluetooth reciever it turns bluetooth back off.
Of course you need to go back in and switch back to the bluetooth reciever when you want to use GPS.
Not ideal but the only solution I can find at the moment. |
