I have just tried it with the transflash card form my Sons i3 and it won't work with that either.I am waiting for a reply from Mobymemory support ,but it does look like a faulty product/batch.

Just got my i3 back from Garmin. They have diagnosed a faulty transflash card and have replaced the card .I am just glad that I didn't break it was just a coincidence that It broke wile I was loading Poi's.
I was without it for 10 days all told.
I have to say it would of been nice if Garmin had offered to refund me the postage costs given that the unit was only 6 days old. I had tried to return it to Somerfield for an exchange but they had no stock and they could only offer me a refund. _________________ i3 2.70(went to 2.82,3.0,3.1 but downgraded) with V8 map on microSD card

that's not a bad turn around for a big company in my opinion! when ya consider tht 2 days will be taken out dor delivering, 2-3 days of non-working weekends - they had it on them for about 5 days.
i've heard good things about garmin support/repairs, this kinda adds to that!
glad you got it sorted anyway!

I must add that I was pleased with the turn around and service from Garmin but why should I pay the postage if it was indeed a fault that was not of my own making?
Anyway the unit is sorted and the matter closed,I am not going to loose sleep over £4.25 _________________ i3 2.70(went to 2.82,3.0,3.1 but downgraded) with V8 map on microSD card
