When you get into your favorites. check the box at the side of your catergory with cams in. This will then show all he contents of that catergory in the map with the icon you select.
To change icon, highight caterory.select tools and edit. scroll to fin the icon you want and save settings.
You can add icons to that list by dragg and drop with your bmp files into the following directory on your mobile device:
Resident Flash/DestinatorApps/Destinator/Common/Favorites
What issues are you having with the speech alerts? What version of destinator are you running?

Hello Mikey, I read your post with interest as I have just received an Acer n35 with Destinator 3 installed and have downloaded the speed camera d'base, but am yet to install and try it. I would like your help, if possible to do the bits you mentioned below:
"2. the instructions earlier in this post will only work if you have the edited DestinatorVoiceManeuvers file. (corrects auto alert settings for 1 & 2)
You can do this manually or email me for the file.
3. Voice warnings. This one is very easy, ou can actually create your own wav files (again need to edit the DestinatorVoiceManeuvers file) or similarily email me and I'll send the voice files I have plus a few others (eg. third exit not ird exit). "
Many thanks in advance. You seem to be the respected guru on this site so thanks for your help to everyone. I don't seem to be able to pm you for some reason.

Just a word of thanks......
Mikey F - top bloke.
I struggled for ages with getting Speed cameras into my N35 following loads of forums & links.
Until I stumbled into Mikey F's thread.
he's got it down pat - follow the thread exactly cos it works fine.
I been reading this site for a while and I dont think people realise how many times Mikey responds to numties like me with the same info over & over again.
Well done mate..... |

So thanks, and appologies and lets hope i get more time to get on here.
