hello im new to the forum but have been lurking a while
i need some help
2 days ago i downloaded poi warner for the medion nav 4
went back to navigating.de to register it entered my c/card details etc
but i still havent recieved a code from them
i emailed the credit dept as in the confirmation of order it states thet if you havent recieved an email with the code within 3 hours to let them know
the credit dept hasent replied
neither has enquiries for them
has anyone got any other contact information for them
its so annoying and i wanted to have the software fully functional before saturday
anyone else had this problem lately

I ordered mine a few weeks ago, and had a response almost immediately by e-mail.
The only e-mail addresses I can see are:
support@navigating.de
or
info@navigating.de
There are no phone numbers or other e-mail addresses.
Is it possible that this e-mail has been blocked somewhere, can you look directly at your e-mail on the internet, in case it hasn't been downloaded to your PC.

They are slow, and do require several emails before they respond.
Keep on trying
Then use caps lock key ! |
