webelectricals - Fast free delivery and a reasonable price

I bought a Navman PiN570 from Webelectricals this week. The price was excellent; and the site claimed that there was still time to receive it before Xmas. Most suppliers seemed to be either out of stock, or overwhelmed by the rush.

I was a bit dubious, as I'd never heard of them, but I wanted the unit for a journey I'm making on Boxing Day, so I placed the order. That was in the small hours of Tuesday morning (20th).

The unit arrived at 9-30 Thursday morning (22nd); couriered by Initial City Link.

What more can I say? I hope not to have to report on their aftersales service!

You were dubious? I bought a top of the range Panny Plasma from them a few years ago for £3600 and I'd never heard of them! Thankfully it proved to be a realyl good purchase. I asked for a Saturday delivery, which they agreed to immediately at no extra cost and then 2 days later they phoned on my mobile to say they would be in the area so would I like an evening delivery at 8pm on the following night. Great service.

Thankfully I too haven't had to test their refund / replacement policy.

They must have improved since last year - I purchased a DVD player from them and they fobbed me off for weeks, *after* taking the money from my account. I had to argue with them to cancel the order and get my money back. As I did, they said the player was in stock but I was having none of it and I haven't been back since. Ordered from an alternative source and got a better player, quicker and for the same price.

I have purchased from this company before and I have found them to be very good indeed!

Now if Only I can remeber what it was I bought from them>> I think it was a dvd recorder
