hi i just got a 2nd hand hp ipac 1940 now im a complete fool with these i know nothin about them well the thing is i was messin about with and do a full reeboot and have lost my tomtom navigator gone ? i dont have the cd so is there a way of downloading back on my ipac please help  |

Tony, if you have the product code which should be on a plastic card similar to the credit cards we all use then you might be able to sort this out via TomTom support, as it was a secondhand purchase did you actually buy the TT Nav application from the seller, if so take this up with them, there is very little that can be done if you don't own the software rightfully - Mike |

Hi,
Just reinstall it from your CD's, you'll probably have to reactivate it using the product code you have (written on the CD case) but not always.
You don't have your CD's? Then you are out of luck I'm afraid! |
