That's done the trick :D :D :D :D :D

I deleted all the TT5 files from the Internal Drive (ID) and re-inserted the TT5 SD card whereupon the 7-digit Postcodes worked.

I copied the files back to the ID, with the exception of one called 'Card Identifier', which I was warned already existed on the ID, and would I like to replace it? Being a devout coward, and having visions of the T5 needing a hard reset I declined. No 7-digit Postcodes Sad

Ah well, in for a penny..... I copied the Card Identifier across and lo and behold, 7-digit Postcodes :D

I'm not even going to try to figure out why it works, I'll just accept it.
