Hi All
Have just installed checkpoint on my ipaq and the latest version of checkpoint. I have copied all the ov2 files to my storage card and set it all up in checkpoint, however I cant work out how to get the speed camera catergory into the TT poi screen.
Any ideas?

For the POI's to show up in the TT POI list, the POI's you've downloaded need to be in the same folder as the TomTom country map on your storage card.
The easiest way to ensure this is to use the sync feature in CheckPoint - it'll download them straight into this folder. That is unless you are using custom POI's that aren't in CheckPoint.

If you are using TomTom 3 then you need to use version 2 or 3 from CheckPOInt. I say this because you state you are using the latest version of CheckPOInt which is v5, but thats for TomTom 5.
If you are using the correct version have you configured CheckPOInt, and also have you set TT3 to show the poi's.
Have a look at this basic guide Here |
