error msg NO MAP DATA AVALIABLE on upg to 2005

Have upgraded software from SmartSt ver 3 to ver 2005 have activated software OK v3 maps are on memory card and says loading on using reset my problem is I get error message NO MAP DATA AVALIABLE can anyone help?

Have you tried loading maps through SmartDesktop? I had a similar problem and found that even after upgrading the software I still had to manually install V3 maps to ICN.

we are not all perfect, I originally posted in wrong forum and could not find delete posting button.

Sorted this one out myself went to preferences, maps, memory card ticked the boxes and saved this instruction is not in the software installation instructions
