|
|
hi i have a compaq ipaq 3600 and it ran tomtom3 but for some reason its disappeared so before i buy the software, i would like to know if tt5 will run on my pda, ive seen my pda with tt5 on ebay, but the tomtom site does not list it, so can anyone tell me for sure if i have to buy a new pda or can i just buy tt3,
im a courier working in remote areas of wales and midlands so i really do need the full 7digit postcode search, tt3 does not do this.
it has a jacket with a 128 meg flash card. i bought it for £100 from a carboot with gps reciever but no cds and ive lost the software for some strange reason.im not too worried as it was so cheap
any help wld be appreicated.
cheers

This depends on the map size. Best is to go for a bigger card, 512 MB or 1 GB _________________ Lutz

I had this problem and eventually fixed it by upgrading the ROM to the latest version using the image available from the HP website. It apparently only makes a difference to TTN5.
Fortunately I had made a copy of TTN5 before sending it back for a refund when TomTom told me it would only work on bluetooth devices! |
