Hi
Iam trying to make a copy of my SD card to my new SD card.
Have purchased a Kingston 512mb.
It will not copy all the files onto the new card....
Has anyone else had this problem?

No i have not had trouble and i am using a kingston 512.
if you have tried loading them onto the tomtom try using a card reader if you have one.
try copying one folder at a time, if you have just cut and paste the whole card over in one go to the new card it may help |

Hi
Would not let me copy the files with a card reader....even one file at a time....
However.....
Used the tomtom pc software to make a backup......swapped the new card into the unit.....then selected restore and all files went on fine.
No worries

hey Aquanick
have a look in your documents you may find a copy of your card in there if you are using xp with your product code as name of file. |

Did you tick the box so that it shows all hidden files.
I have kingston 512 and had no problem copy to card reader or to computer hard drive and then back to sd card _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2699lmt
