Interesting,, I thought you can *not* upgrade the firmware. I had to send it in for the upgrade (according to US GlobalSAT). If you got it working, please let me know as well.

if you pc or laptop is bluetooth enabled,you can do it yourself.copy the file to c drive. start--run--cmd,then type the dos command. easy.
if not,you need a usb bluetooth adapter to do the job.
also u need the gpsinfo to enable the waas after update.
not tried myself. do a google search,you will find the file. |
