Running 2.06 on Ipaq 3970 ROM 2.0. Yes the pointer is facing other way when dropping back to map view. Also speed fluctuated wildly between the speeds mentioned above even when travelling at constant speed.
TTNAV v2.24 in use.

Dave
Seems to be affected from more or less the start point - but next journey will record as requested and email to you.

Yes - it works fine with my Haicom HI-303MMF GPS (SiRFstar IIe/LP chipset) in CompactFlash mode using the "Haicom GPS" driver.

Yep, I'll do that at the same time. Is this only happening in SiRF mode ? |

Dave - is there any chance of asking that guy to investigate making "Reset GPS for this location" work in SiRF mode?
As this already works in NMEA mode when using an appropriate driver on a SiRF chipset GPS, my understanding is that it should just be a case of lifting that code and putting it into the SiRF mode driver.

Rob is it always not working, or does it just stop working properly part way through the journey ? If you could before you start off on your journey start recording a track log in the GPS screen, but make sure when you get to the end of your journey you click the stop button, then mail me the track log, I'll investigate and pass this on through to the guy who re-wrote the SiRF part of the GPS engine. |

I've been checking out sirf mode over the last couple of days. I was especially interested as I live in the eastern hemisphere, yet work in the western. No problems at all. |

Ok, are you east of meridian (Greenwich), or west ? West seemed to be okay for me in my tests, I'm wondering though if East has now broken ? |
