Garmin c330

Please help, Iam new to gps and have just bought a Garmin c330. Can someone please point me in the right direction for the best way to install speed camera software. I have just downloaded the POI loader from Garmin.

Just search for "Garmin" in the forums and you'll get several threads talking about this. Also important to download the POI loader software from Garmin's website which has a very good help document as well.
