|

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I currently have TT3 installed on my O2 XDA but just recently it has started to run really really slow & I just thought if I could install TT on my 1gig SD card it would help.
If this is poss how do I do it??
Cheers. |

Is it possible to have TT3 and TT5 both installed, but on seperate SD cards, with the same PDA?
That page (http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/tomtom-navigator-registry-hack.php) doesn't seem to be relevant, as for me, all TT3 folders are installed on the SD card.
Is it just a matter of taking the TT3 SD card out, and installing TT5 on another SD card? |

you can install both to the same SD card, just to different folders - via manual copy or cabinstl. _________________ Lutz

Are these instructions relevent to TT5 as some of the folders in the link don't appear to be in my registry.
Are there any links or instructions on how to move TT5 to the SD??
cheers. |

TTN5 does not use the registry any more. All you need to do is move the program folder to storage card and recreate the shortcut in the start menu. If you had the Today screen plugin ("Wizard") you may need to uninstall and then reinstall it so it can point to the new location. _________________ Lutz
