I think this is a compatability issue,

I think we need to find out which smart phones work with the current available voice files,

List which smart phone your using and if the voice files work or not,

Carl,

Ok, I have created 2 versions of the Australian Sheila Voice,

1st is for the normal TomTom using the higher bit rate:

http://www.ccsoft.dsl.pipex.com/Sheila.zip

2nd should work on TomTom Mobile using the lower bit rate:

http://www.ccsoft.dsl.pipex.com/MSheila.zip

Could people try the 2 versions and let me if either work, or not,

Carl,

Does any one know how to convert the higher rate voices to the lower (nokia comp.) rated voices.

I have tried to use viftool to split them up (thinking I could then using NERO WaveEditor to knock down rate) but viftool splits them into rubbish .ogg files that NERO WaveEditor (with .ogg built in) will not open.

Please help Confused
