They are probably trying to find a suitably unhelpful reply.
My advice is browse this forum and you will probably find the answer here. It seems that the users of this forum know more about TomTom Navigator that TomTom themselves _________________ Mio A201 | TomTom V5

I've 3 outstanding queries with TomTom Support all now nearly 9 days old. However today I got the following reply to my 1st question about TTN5 suppressing background applications and alarm/alert pop-overs and access to the start button etc:

Dear Mr Neail,
Regarding contacts being locked.. We will report this to the test team
With best regards,
The TomTom Customer Support Team
Seems that some of these things are 'NEWS' to them???? 8O
I think someone at TomTom Support should have a look on this forum... that'll keep the 'Test Team' busy until the next release!
Regards

TomTom should just refer all technical questions to this forum, it would save them so much time in having to create answers which just go to show their incompetence. If they did this, maybe they would spend some more time actually fixing their application _________________ Mio A201 | TomTom V5
