IS there a fault with the Tom Tom site at the moment?
I try to upgrade. Get as far as adding the upgrade to the basket.
Then it asks for my user name and password (even though I am logged in!). And then nothing! Even the password reminder don't work. I know I am using the right information, but it was the only button on the screen! |

I had an issue upgrading. My password was only 4 charecters long. I could log into my tom tom, but not order. I had to log into mytomtom and then change my password to one with 7 charecters or more and then use this to do the upgrade.
I like you erceived confirmation emails saying that my password was **** and when I tried using it to log in to the upgrade bit it would not take it, but it did take it to login to my tomtom.
try loggin into my tomtom and change you password for something else.

I have just tried going into TTCode and the site is down.
I have had nothing but trouble with TomTom since buying TTN5.
First I found I had to buy the full package at £200 rather than the 59Euro upgrade if I wanted the new bluetooth receiver which in my opinion is a complete con.
When I contacted them they said there is nothing wrong with the original BT receiver which poses the question 'why sell the new version with a new model that there own website says is better'
No I can't even install the software because I can't register it.

ttcode is back now
The new GPS receiver is better, but like they say, it doesn't mean there is anything wrong with the old one.
I bought the upgrade (for the euro maps) and the full version for the gps receiver.
Regards,
Nick. |

I'm getting similar timeouts with some otehr NL based sites, so maybe it's not TomTom's fault...? |
