|
|
I Just received my new GB map upgrade and all the wrongly named roads I reported to Tele-atlas are still WRONG. These are main roads into Glasgow that have been there for decades! Post code search is good but if the roads are wrongly named whats the point. VERY DISAPPOINTED :x |

...so you can find your way around Glasgow using the postcodes for the wrong names. You just won't trust that you've actually arrived at YOUR destination.
Just pretend you're American....."say buddy is this the way to Li-sester Square?" _________________ RX-8 going BEEP since 19/3/2004

Any chance you can check on this error for me, it is between Junctions 5 and 6 of the M25, I presume it's an error as the map shows that you can leave the M25 via a small unnamed road. If you type in Brasted as the city/town and then Hogtrough Hill as the street, instead of a house number use the crossing option and select Station Road. I reported this error ages ago and was wondering if this has been fixed.
Thanks in advance. |

Unamed road goes off to the left then loops right to destination. Hope this helps. |

Sounds as though it's not been corrected.
Makes you wonder if any of the other errors I reported have been corrected.
Thanks for looking.

Sounds like they have added a handful of new roads and not bothered fixing their old blunders. |

Wonder if the exit slip rd on the M25 clockwise junct 8 has been fixed. Its showed the exit a mile later than the actual exit...

I have asked them to cancel my MOWE upgrade as to be frank TT really suck at customer support!
I asked them why were people who ordered 4 days after me were getting their goods and mine were still 'at warehouse' status. Their reply?
We quote 5 weeks delivery, we hope this answers your question?
Huh, after reading the reports on inconsistent and old roads missing I will take my chances with the maps I already have and save myself some dosh! |
