|
|
I have opted for the tomtom 300 which i picked up todayfrom Staples. Yet more problems though!!!!!!!
I turned it on and was working fine then all of a sudden the screen seems to freeze when i go to the menu. Whilst it is on the map it is fine, i can zoom in and out, however when i goto the menu the screen freezes. Any advice would be appreciated otherwise it's back to Staples tomorrow.
Also, how do i get to the screen which will show me my device code. Or is there any other place in the box where it may be listed? |

I have to swith it off then back on and then the same occurs when i try to go to the menu. As i mentioned in my last post it did appear to be working fine through the menu initially. |

I'm wondering if it's a problem with the touch screen. When I first tried a screen protector on my Classic one edge was stuck under the edge trim. This caused it to 'freeze' because it could feel pressure on one part of the screen.
Just a thought. _________________ Richard
