I mailed this morning querying when my map upgrade would be despatched. Got the standard useless reply. Mailed again this afternoon. Again useless reply. I've opened my mail when I've got home and guess what, the upgrade is now on it's way.
The moral, I suspect, is to mail Tom Tom and complain and then keep on at them when you keep getting the standard useless reply, about 5 week delivery etc.. :P :P :P
At least it's on it's way. I just hope it lives up to it's cost  |

Incidently, i cant use the tracking number provided, its says log onto www.ups.nl, but that doesnt exist, and if i go onto the www.ups.com site, then it doesnt recognise the number  |
