in the same IGO TXT file, it would appear that the DirType and Direction data have been reversed. e.g.

todays

X,Y,Type,Speed,DirType,Direction
-2.17787,50.68304,1,40,268,1
-2.09933,50.70722, ...

i see this is an old post, but if you haven't already found a solution, try this.

you'll need the csv which has this format:

Longitude,Latitude,Name
-2.17788,50.68304,GATSO:1@40
-2.09934,50.70 ...
