... other than reverse gear for a bit and then forwards again (but make sure there are no cars behind you)

tried to put a dvd into the card slot but it dont fit,,any ideas !..
Try a 12" bladed stihl saw zoggy, carefully butcher the sides off of the required dvd and hey presto, it still dont work 8O |

I'd suggest that if there are any changes, that merely the maps are held internally, and there's no card in the transflash slot.

Yes, if you get them the wrong way round the unit will give you instructions in reverse - the best way to cure this is to drive backwards in the car, this normally counteracts the problem
