Yes you were right hide file extensions was ticked
so the files were named .ogg.ogg
thats a tick that will not be going back.

sorted it removed the .ogg file extension and just renamed it
pocketgps_uk_gatso_30
tried it and it works a treat
must have been me having a blonde moment.  |

Mick, when you put the ogg files into the map folder they have to be identicle in filename to the coresponding bmp and ov2 file.
With the files in place start the unit and go to Change Preferences/ ... |

| update create the text file as per usual then create a folder in the root directory name it contacts and put the text file in there and you have your phone book back |
