Will the two versions of the Rider ever be upgraded to V7 or have they reached the end of their firmware cycle?

Hi
When the traffic situation worsens, eg a new queue of traffic ahead, my tomtom 300 used to go bong-bong-bong. A nice sound and a useful alert. I'm pretty sure my tt500 used to do this too.

Tomtom do a major update of the software about once a year.. This year was V6.xx a few weeks ago.. we have buddies, 5 day weather, etc.

In a few weeks we've had 6.12, which was withdrawn. 6.14 which was ok, 6.15 which is better in some ways but still a bit iffy... I'm going to stick with 6.14, with the brill voices from Ray's web ... |

The 6280 is a popular new phone - BUT it isn't one of the models the tomtom 300 / 500 / 700 knows, so seemingly it can't be paired with the tomtom.
