Although not an add-on to TomTom Navigator, there are nav programs that will do the tasks you list. I use GPS Tuner:

You might also look at GPS Tuner:

I use it mainly for hiking, skiing, etc but I've also used it with scanned street and aerial maps for walking around a city. |
