Problem solved.
The pin assignment for Tx/Rx in the data that came with the cradle was the wrong way around.

It won't let me make that combination of selections (I assume by "bluetooth GPS" you mean "BT on com6")?
I can select them but it won't let me "tick the box". Other combinations can be "ticked" bu ... |

I tried to do exactly the same (have TT3 BT with Xda-II) but, whilst GPSdash now works perfectly with 2.07, I can't get TT3 to work at all.
What GPS setting have you selected in the 2.07 GPS driver ... |

I assume it's an NMEA serial port so maybe it's the same as a "PS2" serial port connector (which is shown here: http://www.infonewsindia.com/pinout/pinout_ps2_serial_mouse.htm).

That setting doesn't work.
It's not broken - if I reinstall the full TT3.03 (with Traffic) it works fine.
But then it can't see GPSdash anymore
