SunTime is written using the SDK. TomTom v7 does not support the SDK. Is this the source of your problem?

Problem solved - you actually have to rename the other file in the ephem directory (packedephemeris.ee) as well. Tried this, reconnected to HOME and it did indeed pickup the update and reload it.
