Yep, just checked and the tomtom website is still showing those accidents on the M5 from last Thursday now.
I have emailed some feedback to them but it does not seem to be actioned yet.

Just wondered is there a direct number to iTIS to report jams, accidents and also jams that are reported on Tom Tom that are no longer present in real life?

Well mine is set to manual however if I get a severe delay (congestion) flagged as discussed it does not give me a bypass option. I will however click it on to automatic and see if that makes ... |

I am not sure. I have only noticed the option for accidents and road closed. You may be right though but it hardly ever gives me the option to divert.

Thanks. My retoute is on manual. There is very limited discussion on this in the manual. I think it may be if the ave speed falls below 5mph it reroutes you.
