| Hi, my TomTom XL now freezes on the start up screen after the latest TomTom update and I have tried to reset the TomTom but with no luck. Can someone help me please. |

| The problem is Garmin does not seem to as good as TomTom. I have been a loyal PocketGps member for a long long time and if I have to move on it will be a shame. But I am hoping TT sees the light. |

If you can still Login with the old email address, Click on Account - Account details and choose 'Change Username'. You should be able to put your new email address there.

| Hi PaulB2005 I actually meant the TomTom Speed readings and speed on the road. It seems it was a gps problem with my TomTom and has now been fixed with and update. Thank You. |
