The sad thing is that even if TomTom do decide to release this version customers will be purchasing an out of date product. TT7 does run map versions 7.20 but latest maps are now 8.x.

TTN6 is not the way to go. It is abandoned by TomTom, thus the maps are old. It can not calculate ETA properly (and thus is poor in calculating the correct "fastest route").

Actually Q2-2007 maps is quite lame for a "just released" application. Other newly released applications use Q1-2008 maps. |

You ARE running on WM2003SE, right?
There are plenty of people running the X50v + TomTom 6 combination wihtout any problems whatsoever. Could it be some problem with your unit or your memory cards? |

I guess you are talking about newer maps than the v650 available for the Go x10 series? These maps were released earlier this year, so they are Q4 2005 at best... |
