After jumping through various hoops with Norton, they should now be re-evaluating the site.
Hopefully this will then resolve the issue although they don't say how long it will take...

Any GPS is only going to work if it has clear view of satellites . It will not work in tunnels or if mountain sides block its view of satellites.
