You don't have to choose other cable NMEA GPS. If you pick the 'Other BT GPS', it functions exactly the same way, apart from it start BT when TT5 is started. Granted using the 'cable' option solves so ... |

If you activate from TTCode.com, make a note of the activation code since it'll never change for your device. It saves a lot of hassle if/when you end up reinstalling after a hard reset. |
