but when i connect the tom tom to the pc and go into the option of my go910

i only get 3 pages in the change preferences option
and none of them are restore fac ...

where bouts is the restore to factory settings option when the tomtom is plugged into the pc i cant find it

if the unit is not fully charged would that make the unit perform like it is

nah aint made a back up yet but can do if i connect it to my lap top

well when i put the paper clip in the screen goes off buti will try the 30 second version

is there anyway of rebooting your go910 when it is stuck on the start up screen

ive tried the reset button but no luck

tried that mike but still no luck

i can connect it to my laptop but as soon as i take it out of the dock i tries to boot up and gets stuck

my tomtom go910 when turned on gets stuck on the bootup screen and will not go any further have left it a while but it will not move

any help please
