I'm not sure where to load the Pocket GPS Camera data to, I'm tempted just to drop it in to the Europe map folder & delete the tomtom ones.

Trip planner is under Apps on your Garmin.
I've not used tyre but thought it was compatible with Garmin as well as TomTom?

Thank you very much for the help & pointers
With my tom tom rider I used a programme called tyre, which is dead easy to use.
I wrongly thought it could be used the same way with Garmin.

My wife has the 2699LMT-D - it's very good and has a large screen.
