how do i do this bit have i got to plug the i3 into the pc or insert a disc or something else forgive my ignorance im new to this cheer ...

open the relative camera ie gatso in excel spread sheet.
identify camera by its id number.
where it says @30 then change to the correct speed ie @40.
save the changes and redownload.

when i go thru a speed camera area ie 40mph my i3 bleeps like mad saying its a 30mph zone how do i sort this cheers

yea but sy15 is still shrewsbury init so why not sy16

aahhh its ok seems i have to search in wales even though its a shrewsbury postcode

is this normal i tried selecting sy16 but it said no matches found and yet i know it exists any input would be appreciated cheers
