Its not just mobiles that is covered under the law.
It encompases any electronic device such as mobiles, sat-navs, mp3 players etc.
You get the same "punishment" for using the sat-nav on the move ... |

TT6 is what I used.
I got rather fed up with it though. I much prefer SmartST as TT6 is quite slow on the PiN570. TT5 is quicker but not as modern  |

Com port 8 is what you probably will find it on. My PiN570 uses 8.

Well if thats the case, I really dont know how they can work out your avaerage speed unless they have the exact measurements for the whole section.
e.g. 2 miles at 60 and 1 mile at 30 = average of ... |
