Just for the record in case anyone else has the same query, now I have got my head around it exporting Fugawi (ver 4) to Satmap is easily possible.
Will purchase the bike mount though the Etrex h ... |

I'm nervous about using it on the bike having been through three Garmin units all of which have basicaly shaken themselves to destruction on pot holed Lakes back roads.
