Ask the vendor for a replacement and they just gave me a telephone umber to ring to have someone guide me through set up with TomTom.

Done that bu when it goes off into BT browser to find the relevant BT device the browser still does not pick up the receiver.
Could I have a receiver with a dodgy BT signal?

Thanks for looking at this.
Have blue lights on both ipaq and receiver.
BTM is on and picks up other mobile phones etc when in the area but it is not picking up the receiver - except on ... |
