Indeed, Mio released Miomap version 3.2 dated March 1st, 2007. They did, among other things, some minor updates on TMC, data.zip, voices, languages and sys.txt, i believe.

They work fine with Miomap.exe versions 26-09-2006, 18-01-2007 and 01-03-2007. I saved all these Miomap.exe file ... |

The TomTom voices are totally different from the Mio ones.
So you can't use them.
There are some possiblities to take some parts of the phrases and put them in a new voice. But it's a tedious job ... |

On my site i posted a "HowTo" to use your Mio utils on Vista.
In a nutshell it tells you to force your Mio drivers to overwrite the Vista Mobile drivers.

The "Lock" button has only been renamed to "Follow" button.
That's all there is to it.
I think that Mio considered this name more appropriate. |

It depends on how big your sd card is. But my advice is to format FAT32 at first if your card is bigger than 1Gb. If 1 Gb or smaller you might try FAT.
