I use EZCam and Cameralert on my HTC Desire, EZCam does have a night maps mode - seems to work fine, have you looked at that?

To update this, it seems to have problems getting a satellite fix when it's a particularly cloudy day, but other times it's fine.
Slightly frustrating - but at the end of the day, it's a cheap unit ... |

Yes I did wonder if the EZCam PGPSW full support was in response to CamerAlert becoming available - it was certainly asked for for ages.
I think as things stand, I prefer EZCam in terms of function ... |

I find the free Google Navigation perfectly fine, with EZCam running in the background doing PGPSW alerts. |

I have had a camera detector now for three years, have a lead right foot and (touch wood) have nil points, my detector will even calculate my speed through if i hit the first "Specs" at 90 mph.
