I have never done this, but from the iCN510 user manual:

Normally you do not need to reset your iCN, however should your iCN not turn on or not respond, you can reset it to solve the pro ... |

The Navman website seems to indicate a 512MB card is the maximum, but I see others on this forum saying 1GB will also work. Any problems experienced using 1GB cards?
