which directory did you install them to?
Did you also install the BMP files
Did you enable them in TT?

On my latest download, I have noticed all the bitmap images have a 'x2' by them ... whats this for, I'm sure they weren't on my last download or am I being dumb  |

Its a Tomtom Go
I just found [url=http://www.online-utility.org/image_converter.jsp?outputType=BMP]THIS which has converted my image AND its now 240x320 and 225kb so should work |

I just installed some more points of interest on my TomGo, but now I get a start up screen, followed by the map 'bar' loading then the red hands.

I save it but it stays at 13kb, but in my root the splash is about 220kb and the new image dragged and dropped does not work.
It doesn't change to 220kb, so I'm not doing something right.... |

Aaaah, cheers... just to clarify for any body else having probs.. save image in 'My Pictures' then 'rename' picture as splash only, then drag and drop in your root menu
