| Yes, thanks Darren - and the retrospectoscope is a wonderful thing. But I followed the instructions I think to the letter, and nothing was said about the need to back up before downloading the updat ... |

| Thanks Mike. I had already tried that without success, but I have done it again and still no joy. The thing powers up but then i just get an orange screen with a picture of a TomTom 1, ther words ... |
