 i think i have fixed it, i had every single POI ticked to show on map. When i unticked them all and restarted the TT it loaded straight away. One question though, should i have some POI's list ... |

It's not the memory card, sandisk extreme 3 takes exactly the same time, 5 mins, and that was copying the files over using windows explorer  |

Yep it worked Took 3 hours to download mind
I had a 2gb card in my camera so i deleted its contents through WI and then copied over the tomtom files on to the camera as that was the only way ... |
