Well got the POI's to show by moving the slider to the right (near route rather than on route), now Im inundated with info.... 
Just another point, noticed that POI's only work in Guidance Mode ... |

Small, light(ish) and damnded dood looking......
Even doubles as a phone. No Wi Fi though |
