First time buyer

I will, in the very near future, be in the market for a handheld GPS. My knowledge of which is negligible.
I am an amateur archaeologist and metal detectorist. Plotting flint scatters, pot sherds and artefacts is not very accurate when using the mark I eyeball. This will be the units main function, horizontlal accuracy. I am looking for a WAAS/EGNOS enabled GPS unit between £150-250. I am not looking for whistles and bells just a good solid and above all accurate piece of kit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
