What's the difference between an HP iPAQ 2210 and a 2215?

Nothing at all, HP have used these differing designations to track sales in different market segments or territories. They sometimes use such designations to track sales through corporate and enduser channels as well as sales in differnet countries.

Youy will find most of their models can be found with these numbers e.g. 3850/3855, 5550/5555 etc.

If memory serves me right, the 2210 is for enterprised (commercial) and the 2215 is for the consumer market. That's the only difference, and I believe you can get both models in most countries.
