Tom Tom 1005 New Map Dowload of old maps

Having connected my 1005 this morning I am told that I have a new download. It appears to be v 875.3611 mapping for europe. However, I downloaded that on the 17th August. I have not yet downloaded the "new" maps in case it screws my machine.

Anyone out there had the same message?

I'd ignore it as a false message if you are SURE you have 8.75 on the unit (sounds right since that's when it was released).

8.80 is not due till November 2011.
